Prime Lock provides excellent enamel hold-out will not raise wood grain; and is a high performance reactive stain blocker that seals stains from smoke damage; bleed-through from wood knots, crayon, lipstick, etc. Can be topcoated with any latex or alkyd finish coat.
A fast drying, white pigmented coating that both primes and seals plaster, wood, drywall and masonry. Low odor, low VOC, oil based primer.
