    CONCRETE FLOOR SOLUTION…

The first impression lasts according to the old saying. The same applies to your home or property. Little things that are easily and cheaply fixable can often become big and costly issues if neglected and left uncared for.

Most problems you see in this section can occur due to various circumstances but one common factor applicable to most if not all of them is preparation related. If the preparation is taken care of in the right way using the correct products you will eliminate or prevent those problems on your property. Products mentioned in this section are used ongoing by most of the Country’s top professional contractors as well as many State agencies and are available at all the main paint outlets Nation-wide.

    CONCRETE FLOOR SOLUTION…

Dusty concrete floors can be easily sealed and coloured at the same time using a very simple idea that utilises any colour paint of your choice (OIL BASED) with about 50% Owatrol Oil mixed into the first coat. This procedure basically makes the oil based paint act like a ‘stain’ which soaks into the concrete. If a second coat is required, apply with about 10% Owatrol Oil added. This same idea can be used on many substrates for example, exterior wood like old garden tables and chairs, benches, patio slabs, concrete driveways, garden ornaments, etc. You could also achieve the same sealing effect with Owatrol oil used neat if you want a clear finish and no colour. Note: The first coat must be very thin. Do not use white spirit.
