Thermilate Insulating Additive for All Paints

So far so good, does seem a bit warmer. It was very easy to use and worked wonders at covering up small cracks. Yes I do need some more please, which I guess sums up what I think. Regards,

I used it on all the external wall in our house. It worked very well. We have a older house with brick walls - no cavity - so this was the most cost effective way to insulate. The walls are noticeably warmer. Thanks

Thermilate was extremely easy to use, the instructions were very clear, I simply poured it into the paint and stirred. It seemed to have cured the problem, and it actually had a fantastic added benefit for me. I decided to measure the temperature difference in the room, and to my amazement, I found that previously the average temperature in the room was 15c and now it is actually 18c, this was throughout the winter season.
At the moment I'm just finding time to redecorate, so I can use it in the other rooms in the house too, and make the most of the heat savings. Thermilate helped save 3 degrees;  it truly is a fantastic product."

I used the product internally but only on outside walls of a house where it would have been expensive and difficult to do any other insulation. I used the powder in a tempera (velvet finish) paint which covers imperfections very well. The colours were strong colours. The powder was very easy to mix into the paint.
The powder didn't noticeably change the colour or the finish of the paint when dry. There is a noticable difference to the touch of the temperature of the wall and on one particularly cold wall it stopped a draft coming down the wall. Having said this it is hard to put any numbers to the temperature of the rooms where it has been applied or to any saving in money but I would say that the rooms are more comfortable and I have been showing the product off to friends. My house was too hot! I have southern exposure across the back and a low pitched roof. Even when the temperature is below freezing, if the sun is out, my living room could easily get up to 80 degrees, and 90 or more during the summer. Because I needed to repaint the room and ceiling, I put Thermilate in the paint. I figured at the very least, it didn't cost much and might help although frankly I was not optimistic. So it was a nice surprise to find the room was approximately 8 to 10 degrees cooler. And the difference in the rooms comfort level was amazing! Anyway, thank you, thank you, and thank you! "Thermilate was used in my kitchen, unbelievably as it says, it has actually helped prevent the condensation.  Thermilate was extremely easy to use and apply, I applied 2 coats with Thermilate, and 1 coat with no Thermilate mixed in the paint, for a perfectly smooth finish.
