H2O Primer & Liquid Masking - Walther Strong

• Step 1 – Prepare Surface [ Remove all debris & dust and sand down timber. If the timber had been previously painted ensure the timber is fully sanded before applying h20. ]
• Step 2 – Apply H20 Prime & Mask [ Stir thoroughly then apply H20 with either a synthetic bristle brush, long nap roller (mid pile) or conventional airless sprayer, recommended typical fluid tip size of 0.013 to 0.017. Theoretical coverage 2m squared /Litre at 200ЧM DFT ]
• Step 3 – Leave to Fully Cure [ Once H20 prime & mask turns clear ( fully cured) – repeat process for a second coat . This should take 30-60 minutes ]
• Step 4 – Cut & Peel  [ Carefully cut around inside edge of frames with a sharp knife & simply peel mask away from glass. After use, clean applicators with water. ]

• Theoretical coverage : 2m squared per litre at 200ЧM DFT
• Recommended DFT : 200ЧM DFT
• Usual number of coats : 2
• Water Resistance : Resists Water Splash. Prolonged water contact may soften and remove product.
• Weather Resistance : Do not leave unprotected for more than 3 months, externally
• Colour : White when liquid, dries clear
• Dry time (minimum) :  Touch dry in 30 min to 1 hour @ 25°C, depending on RH
• Full cure : 24 hours @ 25°C, 40% RH
• Recoat time (minimum) : 1 hour @ 25°C
• Primer required : No

Not to be used on any plastic or PVC surfaces. Always test on intended surface/substrate before use.

• Pump Pressure: 2000 PSI

HVLP :

• Needle Number: 1.8 MM Tip Size
• Air Number: Turbo Control at 7
• Set Fluid Outlet to Max
• Dilution Required: The less the better- Start with 5% clean water
